KEEP LAND IN NATURAL CONDITION
In my country, it is more important to leave land untouched than to utilize land to cultivate or develop for housing and industry, though area of my country is quite larger. During the past a few years, some districts of my state have been over-used to satisfy practical goals. Now, it is time to protect land from being demolished.
As a threshold matter, loss of forest in western districts of my country has trampled fragile wet land environment, which leads to serious outcomes. For instance, deforestation has increased incidents of dust storm -- a severe weather condition during which dust is blown up into air. Under dust storm, folks easily inhale in lots of dirty particles that harm their lungs. Besides, loss of wet land also place endangered species on a even more dangerous situation. For example, panda has much less living space than it has half-century ago. Thus, form the perspective of natural environment, it is better to leave land intact than to utilize.
Secondly, because industrial development has already reached a relatively high level, there is no imperative demand to transform natural land to districts that are suitable for factories and housing. For instance, in the capital of my country, merchants have built numerous of buildings in the most recent ten years. These new housing has not been sold out yet. The reason why still many people have to lease house is that price of household is too high and prohibitive. Thus, natural land should be given way to building more housing due to the essential reason mentioned above.
Thirdly, to a further step, special land in my country ought to be carefully protected instead of just leaving it in its original status. Consider, for example, the biggest desert in my country, which is located in the northern district near the capital. The desert is expanding at certain rate every year. Certainly, it is impossible for us to build houses or cultivate crops in it; however, the desert may encroach southern to proximity of the capital during next century, according to environmental scientists, on condition that we fail to change it into wet land. Thus, it is crucial to ameliorate specific land into a green place.
In summary, it had better to leave land in its natural situation or to protect it from being demolished than to be developed for building more houses or factories. Furthermore, land with natural condition provides us with a myriad of benefits, including fresh air, stable weather, and so forth. Then, in the final analysis, I support that land ought to be untouched and improved.
