185. You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy? Give specific reasons to explain your choice.

A BUSINESS IS ATTRACTING MORE THAN A HOUSE

If I had sufficient money to purchase either a house or a business, personally, I would be prone to buy the latter. A business could make my dreams come into truth, whereas a house couldn't help me achieve my goals. Business has many benefits that are out of house's reach.

As a threshold matter, I would buy an information technology multi-national corporation if I were endowed with enough money. A company which focuses on high technology will provide super opportunity for me to exhibit my interests in computers and Internet. For instance, with the help of online shopping website, it is easy for me to develop convenient software that compares items customers select, then output various aspects of comparison and give the most optional choice for consumers. My idea would be realized on condition that numerous customers feel comfortable with my endeavor. This feeling cannot be fulfilled by buying a house.

Secondly, a accomplished business will enable me to buy several houses if I wish; on the contrary, a large, stylish house won't induce to any achievement in any other perspective of my life. As a common sense, price of house is quite stable and doesn’t increase much during a decade; thus I may not benefit a lot from a purchasing and selling a house. Instead, a flourished enterprise may gather numerous fortunes for me. As a result, it is highly relaxed to purchase as many houses as I am willing to, because profits from operating a business may go far beyond of the cost of owning a house.

Thirdly, some people may hold that one will certainly feel relaxed and comfortable if he or she lives in his or her own house and therefore it is better to buy house first. However, according to my experience, friends of mine, who are living a life in rented houses, do feel enjoyable. They just don't care houses they are living are possessed by them or others. Moreover, euphoria doesn't depends on concrete house one has, but on how successful and how happy the job that he or she is undertaking is. In reality, some folks who have bought houses may even feel frustrated because they have no extra money to invest in stock market.

In summary, benefits of purchasing a business overwhelm those of a house. Business's advantages can provide me larger possibility of success than that of a house. Then, in the final analysis, I would definitely choose to buy a business if I had abundant wealth.
