In current era of information blasting and social activities being divided into a myriad of parts than ever, it is paramount for student of all learning stages to collaborate with their classmates. Pupil, junior and senior students, university students all should pick up the habit of communicating with their fellow besides working deeply in academia related to their major. From my viewpoint, it is essential for students to do so, and I agree with what the arguer observed. There are three benefits for whom are actively engaged in putting themselves in the environment of a team.
As a threshold matter, take pupils for instance, by nature they actively do a variety of things from day to night without feeling tired. In despite of knowing the notion of collaboration, these children do benefit from communicating issues, though adults believe they are hard to ruled. For example, the ability of using mother language is improved when they keep speaking to each other without a break. From the very beginning of life, collaborating with others reduces the risk of developing a kind of emotional disease which might mislead to criminal activities. Groups play a key role in their growing up.
Secondly, when students are 15 or 16, that is to say, when they are studying in junior or senior schools, team is also a key respect in their daily life. In this period of a person, he or she is forming his or her ways of solving problems in his or her own style. Team's affection is obviously to be observed during this specific period of maturing. If students refused to communicate with classmates, it is difficult for them to summarize the correct methods of learning; but if they actively engage in discussing principles and theories in and after class, undoubtedly it is much more easier for them to realize and learn advantages of anyone else's.
A third benefit has to do with academia in the campus of a college. In my university, for instance, I have never heard that there is any distinguished achievement fulfilled by only single student. To the contrary, almost every success is made by a group of persons. Typically, in ACM, a category of contest of computer programming, if students take part in programming in the terms of a league, they will seize greater award than that of a sole person, and justifiably so. This is especially true in the ream of research; where prizes are comprehensively gotten by a group. Hence, students working frequently in groups commonly benefit academically and have more opportunities than the sort of one alone.
On balance, students will achieve great success on the condition that they work in form of a team players, on account of learning having been a activity in which collaboration is imperative and vital. Consequently, I identify with the arguer's statement.
I need to follow my heart.
